TRENDS Research & Advisory and Cambridge Artificial Intelligence have launched a new 10-day summer programme designed to equip GCC high-school students with foundational skills in artificial intelligence and responsible tech use. Hosted at the University of Cambridge, the initiative targets 16–18-year-olds with an interest in science and technology, offering lectures, lab visits and a capstone project to build practical understanding of emerging AI tools.

The partnership aims to nurture a new generation of regional talent capable of contributing to the fast-growing digital economy.

For professionals across the GCC, the programme signals a strategic push to upskill future workforces — strengthening talent pipelines, improving service capability and boosting long-term career prospects for young learners, as well as for organisations looking to mentor or hire AI-literate graduates.
