The UAE is expected to experience partly cloudy to occasionally cloudy conditions today, with a chance of rainfall over some coastal and northern areas, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).
The unsettled weather is being driven by a low-pressure system affecting the region, prompting authorities to advise caution. Winds are forecast to blow from the southeast to northeast at speeds of 10 to 25 km/h, freshening at times and reaching gusts of up to 40 km/h in exposed areas.
Sea conditions in the Arabian Gulf will be slight to moderate, becoming rough at night, while the Sea of Oman will remain slight to moderate. The NCM said cooler temperatures are expected later in the week as unstable conditions continue across the country.
