Abu Dhabi is preparing to showcase more than 100 AI applications already operating across its government, highlighting the emirate’s rapid move toward an AI-native public sector.

The applications will be presented at AI Everything Abu Dhabi 2026, taking place on October 6–7 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. More than 50 UAE government entities are expected to participate, making it one of the largest public-sector showcases of AI applications.

The Department of Government Enablement (DGE) is leading Abu Dhabi’s transformation toward becoming the world’s first AI-native government by 2027. More than 40 government entities are already connected through an AI-driven ecosystem, with over 100 AI use cases in operation across public services and government functions.

The showcased technologies cover areas including public services, healthcare, education, energy, finance, compliance and government operations. Abu Dhabi is also developing a wider pipeline of more than 200 AI use cases as part of its government digital strategy.

The emirate’s AI strategy is supported by an AED 13 billion investment programme for 2025–2027, covering AI adoption, sovereign cloud infrastructure, digital transformation and cybersecurity. The strategy aims to integrate AI across government systems while improving efficiency and the delivery of services to residents, businesses and visitors.

The upcoming exhibition will provide an international platform for Abu Dhabi to demonstrate how AI is being moved from experimental projects into practical, operational government services.

The showcase comes shortly after Abu Dhabi’s Executive Council used an agentic AI platform for the first time to support analysis, fact-checking and data-driven discussions during an official meeting, further demonstrating the emirate’s expanding use of advanced AI in government decision-making.
