Dubai is taking another major step toward becoming a global leader in artificial intelligence, with Dubai Chambers launching specialised Agentic AI training for more than 14,000 member companies.
The programme, announced on September 1, is designed to help businesses understand and adopt Agentic AI — advanced systems capable of carrying out complex tasks with greater autonomy. The training will be delivered through the newly launched Dubai Chambers Academy, an integrated e-learning platform created to strengthen the capabilities of the private sector.
The initiative is part of Dubai’s wider two-year programme to accelerate the adoption of Agentic AI across its private sector. Companies will receive practical guidance on identifying opportunities to use AI to improve operations, efficiency, productivity and decision-making.
Dubai is also planning to establish Agentic AI incubators, support companies developing AI solutions and promote knowledge-sharing and skills development. These measures are intended not only to modernise existing businesses but also to create opportunities for entrepreneurs and young talent in emerging technology fields.
The initiative highlights the UAE’s broader ambition to build a future-ready economy powered by advanced technology. By helping thousands of businesses develop practical AI capabilities, Dubai is positioning its private sector to adapt to rapid technological change while strengthening its competitiveness.
