Dubai has unveiled the GEMS School of Research and Innovation (SRI), a $100 million ultra-modern education campus in Dubai Sports City. Spanning 47,600 sqm, the school features advanced AI and robotics labs, esports studios, a go-kart engineering workshop, hydroponic food-tech labs, and a helipad built above the elevated football pitch. Reports from The National and Construction Week describe it as one of the most futuristic school facilities ever built.

The campus follows an enhanced British curriculum and integrates VR learning, humanoid robots, 3D food printing, and real-world research hubs designed to nurture innovation from an early age. Sustainability is central to its design, with solar energy systems and rainwater harvesting incorporated into the infrastructure.

Annual fees range from AED 116,000 (US$31,500) to AED 206,000 (US$56,000), making it one of the world’s most premium private schools. GEMS says the school aims to shape the next generation of scientists, engineers, and tech leaders.
