Yemen’s Minister of Legal Affairs, Eshraq Al Maqtari, said shelling in Taiz province killed six civilians and wounded 18 others, with most of the casualties women and children.
In a post on X early this morning, Ms Al Maqtari said the casualties were recorded across several districts, including deaths of a woman and child in Al Mawasit and five members of one family, including children, in Al Misrakh, while others were wounded by shelling and sniper fire.
