The United Arab Emirates has strongly condemned the Israeli Knesset’s approval of draft bills aimed at annexing parts of the occupied West Bank. In a statement, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs described the move as a dangerous escalation and a clear violation of international law and United Nations resolutions. The UAE warned that such actions threaten regional stability and undermine efforts to achieve a just and comprehensive peace based on the two-state solution. It reiterated its firm rejection of all unilateral measures that alter the historical and legal status of Palestinian territories. The statement called on the international community to take immediate and decisive action to prevent further escalation and ensure the protection of the Palestinian people. The UAE reaffirmed its commitment to supporting regional and international efforts to end the occupation and establish an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital.
