The United Arab Emirates has delivered 53 tonnes of medical aid to Gaza Strip as part of its ongoing humanitarian initiative, Operation Chivalrous Knight 3. The shipment, transported via eight trucks, includes essential medicines, medical equipment, supplies, and hospital furniture aimed at strengthening the enclave’s strained healthcare system.
The aid is directed toward supporting the UAE field hospital in Rafah and a medical centre in Khan Younis, both of which are playing a critical role in treating patients amid worsening conditions. The delivery seeks to enhance the operational capacity of healthcare facilities and ensure continuity of treatment for the injured and sick.
The initiative reflects the UAE’s sustained commitment to humanitarian assistance, as Gaza continues to face severe shortages of medical resources due to ongoing conflict and infrastructure damage.
