The 24th cycle of the Clean UAE campaign drew a major community response in Sharjah on December 10, with 1,900 volunteers collecting more than a tonne of waste. Led by the Emirates Environmental Group and supported by key government bodies, the initiative follows successful clean-up events in Dubai and Fujairah.
Participants included the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment, Sharjah Municipality, Sharjah Police and Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services, underscoring strong institutional backing.
For GCC professionals, the campaign reflects the UAE’s growing focus on sustainability, environmental protection and community-led action—priorities shaping national policy and corporate responsibility.
