The United Arab Emirates has strongly condemned the terrorist attack targeting a Jewish gathering in Sydney, Australia, which resulted in multiple deaths and injuries.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) reaffirmed the UAE’s firm and unequivocal rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism that seek to undermine security, stability and peaceful coexistence. The Ministry stressed that such criminal acts are incompatible with human values and international norms.
MoFA also expressed the UAE’s sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims, and to the government and people of Australia, while wishing a swift and full recovery to those injured.
