Abu Dhabi Police has graduated 202 trainees from the 49th Police and Security Qualification Course, held by the Police Qualification Department in Al Ain, as part of its ongoing efforts to develop skilled and professionally prepared security personnel.
The graduation ceremony was attended by Brigadier Mohammed Hamad Al Kaabi, Director of the Saif bin Zayed Academy for Security and Policing Sciences, along with senior officers from Abu Dhabi Police.
The trainees completed an intensive three-month programme combining theoretical and practical training. The programme covered police and security sciences, physical fitness, military sciences, police law, hazardous-material incidents, security awareness, emergency response and practical scenarios designed to strengthen their ability to handle real-world situations.
Officials highlighted the importance of continuously developing the professional capabilities of police personnel to meet the evolving requirements of modern policing. Graduates were encouraged to uphold discipline, responsibility and dedication while working as a team in service of the community.
During the ceremony, the graduates took the oath of allegiance and formally joined the police and security workforce. Outstanding trainees were also recognised for their performance and discipline throughout the course.
The graduation reflects Abu Dhabi Police’s continued focus on specialised training and professional development, helping build a well-prepared workforce equipped with the knowledge, practical skills and operational readiness required for modern security duties.
The programme also reinforces the emirate’s broader approach to maintaining high standards of public safety and strengthening the capabilities of its security institutions.
