Chinese President Xi Jinping held high-level talks with Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Beijing during the latter’s official visit, reinforcing strategic ties between China and the UAE.
Discussions focused on expanding cooperation across trade, energy, technology and investment, with both sides reaffirming their commitment to strengthening a comprehensive strategic partnership. Xi emphasized the importance of deepening political trust and enhancing collaboration in emerging sectors such as artificial intelligence and advanced manufacturing.
The leaders also addressed regional developments, particularly tensions in the Middle East. Xi called for adherence to international law and proposed broader cooperation to promote stability and peace in the Gulf region.
