Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has arrived in Russia.
He is expected to hold meetings with Russian President Vladimir Putin and senior officials in St Petersburg, including talks linked to ongoing co-ordination over the conflict and stalled negotiations with Washington, according to Iranian state media.
The visit caps a rapid tour that included two stops in Islamabad and a visit to Muscat, alongside multiple calls with Arab counterparts in Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, as Tehran leans on regional diplomacy rather than direct engagement with the US.
